**Cancellation and Booking Policy** When booking an appointment, you reserve a specific time slot. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, you will be required to pay a 50% cancellation fee and will not be able to rebook until this fee is paid. While I understand that life happens and you may need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. If the same appointment slot has been rescheduled more than twice, a deposit will be required to secure the third reschedule. If you have previously missed an appointment without notice and wish to rebook, you will be required to prepay for the service to reserve a time slot. Your time is valuable, and so is mine. Please be respectful and notify me within the 48-hour window if you need to cancel or reschedule. **NO REFUNDS** Please refer to my redo policy (located in mandatory forms and waivers due before the appointment) for more information.
